绞股蓝总皂甙对麻醉犬体循环与肺循环血流动力学的影响

摘    要:麻醉犬静脉注射绞股蓝总皂甙(GPs)20mg/kg后,体动脉压与肺动脉压显著降低,心率显著减慢,心输出量、心阻抗微分图Cdz/dtmax及Heather指数呈降低趋势,射血前期呈延长趋势。体血管阻力与肺血管阻力、左心室射血时间及血浆血管紧张素Ⅰ与血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度等无显著变化。结果提示,GPs在该浓度下静脉注射可能对犬心功能有抑制作用,体动脉压与肺动脉压的降低可能与之有关。

Abstract:The effects of Gypenosided(GPs),saponins extracted from Gynostemma Pentaphyllum (Thunb) Makino.on hemodynamics in systemic and in pulmonary circulation and angiotensin (AT) system were investigated in dogs.It was observed that GPs 20 mg/kg iv,sighificantly lowered systemic and pulmonary arterial pressure and heart rate.Cardiac output, Cdz/dtmax and Heather Index tended to decrease and prejection period tended to increase. GPs had no significant effects on systemic and pulmonary vascular resistance,left ventricle ejection time, plasma ATI and ATII.The results sugggest that GPs iv.in a dose of 20mg/kg lower systemic and pulmonary arterial pressure by inhibiting heart function.
