| 摘 要： | 目的分析洛赛克联合善宁治疗门脉高压性胃黏膜病变(PHG)出血的疗效。方法回顾2005-05～2006-05间,我院住院治疗的45例PHG患者,随机分为3组:第1组15例,给予静注洛赛克;第2组15例,给予静注洛赛克同时静脉推注善宁;第3组15例,给予静注善宁。分析比较3组的止血效果和出血复发率。结果采用洛赛克联合善宁组治疗后止血例数明显多于其他两组(P<0.05);出血复发率明显低于其他两组。结论采用洛赛克联合善宁治疗门脉高压性胃黏膜病变(PHG)出血,结果比单用善宁或洛赛克治疗效果好,并降低了出血复发率。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze curative effect of portal hypertensive gastropathy（PHG） hemorrhage with Losec and Sandostatin. Methods A total of 45 cases of PHG were divided into group of Losec（15 cases）,group of combination of Losec and Sandostatin （15 cases）,and group of Sandostatin（15 cases）,then analyze and compare the hemostasis effect and hemorrhage recurrence rate. Results The group of combination of Losec and Sandostatin was more hemostasis examples（P0.05）and less hemorrhage recurrence rate than the other groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of portal hypertensive gastropathy（PHG） hemorrhage with Losec and Sandostatin might be better than that of with Losec or Sandostatin alone. At the same time,they could reduce the hemorrhage recurrence rate. |
