| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年重症风湿性心脏瓣膜病并发冠状动脉病变的临床特点及外科治疗经验.方法对23例60岁以上重症风湿性心脏瓣膜病并发冠状动脉病变的患者,实施心脏瓣膜置换并冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG),就其临床特点、外科治疗经验进行总结分析.结果本组23例中,治愈20例(87%),死亡3例(13%).结论老年重症风湿性心脏瓣膜病并发冠状动脉病变患者,实施心脏瓣膜置换并CABG,围术期处理恰当,可获得满意疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics andsurgical treatment experience of old-ages who had rheumatic heart disease with valve insufficiency merges coronary artery pathological changes. Methods 23 ages of over 60 years with rheumatism heart valve disease combined coronary artery pathological changes were choose,making heart valve displacement and the coronary artery bypass transplant(CABG) operation,proceeding the summary analysis for its clinical characteristics and surgery treatment experience. Results Among 23 cases,we cured 20 cases(occupy 87%),and 3 casesoccup6y died (13%). Conclusion The old-aged severe rheumatism heart valve disease merged coronary artery pathological changes,have been done heart valve displacement and the coronary artery bypass transplant(CABG) operation,if rounding the peroperative handles fitting,we can acquire the satisfied curative effect. |
