经口鼻蝶入路显微外科手术治疗垂体腺瘤(附22例报告)

目的；观察经口鼻蝶窦入路显微外科手术治疗垂体腺瘤的效果。方法：对22例垂体腺瘤的病人采取经口鼻蝶窦入路显微外科手术治疗。结果：肿瘤全切除或近全切除17例，大部分切除4例，部分切除1例；术后一过性尿多4例，脑脊液鼻漏1例，无死亡。结论：经口鼻蝶窦入路手术死亡率，致残率和并发症较经颅入路均低，且并发症容易得到控制。

Microsurgery of trans- oral- nasal- sphenoidal approach in the treatment of pituitary adenomas: Report of 22 cases

Objective:To observe the effect of microsurgery of trans-oral-nasal-sphenoidal approach in the treatment of pituitary adenomas.Methods:Microsurgery of trans-oral-nasal-sphenoidal approach were adopted in 22 patients with pituitary adenomas.Results:Total or subtotal resection were done in 17 cases,most removal in 4 cases,partial removal in 1 case.4 cases had transient urorrhagia,one had cerebrospinal rhinorrhea,no death in all operations.Conclusions:Mortality,morbidity and complication which were done via oral-nasal-sphenoidal approach are lower as compared with via skull approach.Furthermore complication are controlled easily.
