摘    要:目的:研究灰树花多糖(PFP)抗实验性肉瘤作用的效果。方法:制备荷瘤小鼠动物模型,多糖溶液和环磷酰胺分别灌胃,检测小鼠的体重、胸腺指数、脾指数、抑瘤率。结果:灰树花多糖、环磷酰胺对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率分别为47.92%、41.55%,多糖组荷瘤小鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数明显高于环磷酰胺组、生理盐水组,但体重不降低。结论:灰树花多糖具有抗肿瘤作用,其机制可能是通过增强小鼠的免疫调节功能来实现的。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of grifola frondosa polysaccharide on the mice with transplanted S_(180) sarcoma.Methods: S_(180) sarcomas were transplanted into mice to make animal models,polysaccharide solution and cyclophosphane were filled the stomach in each model group, then thymus index and spleen index as well as tumor inhibition rate were tested.Results:Inhibition rates of S_(180) sarcoma for each polysaccharide and cyclophosphane model group were 47.92% and 41.55%;thymus index and spleen index in polysaccharide group were greatly higher than those in cyclophosphane group and saline group,but body weight of mice didn't change.Conclusion: Grifola frondosa polysaccharide can inhibit tumor cell growth.Its mechanism is probably associated with the increase of mice's immune function.
