中年女性围绝经期体验的研究

目的 :为加深对围绝经期女性所经历的生活体验含义的认识。方法 :采用了VanManen的解释学性现象学研究方法。结果 :虽然所有研究参与者的面谈内容不同 ,但主题的本质可归纳为 :①变化的到来 ;②想隐瞒的心理 ;③顺应变化和通过太极拳等减轻症状。结论 :要帮助女性能够积极迎接生活的变化 ,护理人员必须理解中年妇女所经历的围绝经期的体验 ,关于中年女性的经验理解与护理教育、研究和实践的联系问题需要进一步的探讨和确认。

The life experience of perimenopausal period women

Purpose:To provide understanding of the meaning of menopausal women's life experience.Method:The methodological approach was guided by Van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenological methodological. Essential themes of experience emerged were:'coming of change', 'inclined to deny','adapted life'and'symptomatic relief from tai-ji-quan'.Conclusion:The mid-aged women should be helped to understand positive life change and self accomplishment. Nurses should understand the essential themes of the menopausal experience.Understanding to women's experience,its implications to education, research, and practice need to continue inquiry and identify.
