2004年至2008年柳铁中心医院门诊中成药使用情况分析

目的了解柳州市柳铁中心医院门诊中成药的使用情况,以便指导中成药的合理使用.方法通过医院医疗信息平台调取柳铁中心医院2004年至2008年门诊中成药的使用品种、规格、数量及金额,采用DDDs分析方法和药物经济学方法,分析中成药的使用金额、用药频度、日用药金额.结果 2004年至2008年柳州市柳铁中心医院门诊中成药使用金额呈逐步上升趋势,而中成药注射剂的每日治疗费用较高.结论柳州市柳铁中心医院门诊中成药的应用基本合理,价格适中且疗效确切的中成药在临床应用中占有较大份额,但也存在一些问题需要规范.

Analysis of the Use of Chinese Patent Medicines in Outpatients from 2004 to 2008 in Liutie Central Hospital

Objective To investigate the status of the use of Chinese patent medicines in outpatients in our hospital in order to guide the rational use of Chinese patent medicines.Methods The data about the consumption of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital during the period of 2004～2008 obtained from medical information platform were analyzed.The use of proprietary Chinese medicines,the amount of DDDs and the amount of medication every day were analyzed by using the method of DDDs sequence and the method in pharmacoeconomics.Results The use of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital during 2004～2008 showed an rising trend,while the daily injection of Chinese patent medicines were expensive.Conclusions The utilization of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital is rational basically.The Chinese patent medicines with suitable prices and proved efficacy take a great share in the clinical medication.However,there are still some problems need to be standardized.
