| Abstract: | Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in a spontaneous singletonpregnancy is exceedingly rare. We report a case of ovarian hyperstimulationpresenting as bilateral ovarian masses in association with spontaneouspregnancy, occurring in a woman with disturbed liver function.A possible mechanism is discussed. |
