摘    要:目的为全面加强对简易学校的管理,了解和分析外来民工子女中6~18岁学生的现时营养状况,以便发现问题采取相应预防措施,促进民工子女学生健康成长。方法采用整群随机抽样,抽取上海市宝山区1所简易学校,对1295名学生进行了健康体检,对每个学生营养状况做出评价。结果营养不良率为19.69%,其中小学16.46%,中学26.43%;男生15.91%,女生25.45%;营养过剩率为13.28%,其中小学13.26%,中学13.33%;男生16.18%,女生10·00%。结论外来民工子女营养不良率过高的问题亟待解决,特别要关注、关爱女生,制定相应的预防干预措施,重点预防和控制女生营养不良。

Abstract:Objective] To learn the alimentation status of the students aged from 6 to 18 in the immigration schools,and take effect measures to improve the children's health.Methods]1295 students were randomly collected from an immigration school of Baoshan;physical examination was conducted;evaluation was made on their alimentation status.Results]The total rate of hypoalimentation was 19.69%;among which 16.46%,26.43%,15.91% and 25.45% were primary school,middle school,male and female students respectively;the rate of overnutrition was 13.28%,among which 13.26%,13.33%,16.18% and 10.00% were primary school,middle school,male and female students respectively.Conclusion ]The high rate of hypoalimentation among the children,especially girls of the migrant workers is a big problem that should be solved rapidly;effective measures and intervention should be taken to prevent and control the alimentation among girls.
