| Abstract: | Rhodiola saponin and rhtaliola ketone were respectively infused into isolated workingheart in rats. The below indicators of cardiac function,including the aortic pressure,LVST,LVEDP,+dp/dtmax,一dp/dt max aortic blood flow,coronary blood flow,cardiac output,stroke volume and heartrate,were measured.Both the rhodiola saponin and rhodiola ketone could obviously decline the indica- tors that indicate the function of myocardial contractility and the actions had not marked difference. This data suggest that both rhodiola saponin and rhodiola ketone could reduce niyocardial contractilityof isolated wcrking heart. |
