甲状腺腔镜下手术与常规手术对比研究

 目的 探讨甲状腺腔镜下手术优缺点和可行性.方法 应用腔镜下甲状腺手术150例与常规甲状腺手术125例,在手术时间、出血量、术后创面引流量、术后进食时间、镇痛药应用例数、住院时间、美容满意度和住院费进行对比分析.结果 腔镜组与常规组手术时间(h)、出血量(ml)、术后创面引流量(ml)分别为(140.8±52.7)、(132.4±51.1),(60.4±10.3)、(62.3±11.7),(89.3±20.47)、(87.5±19.87),无显著差异(P>0.05);在术后进食时间(h)、镇痛剂应用例数(n)、住院时间(d)、美容满意度(%)、住院费(元)分别为(11.5±3.8)、(21.6±5.1),差异显著(P<0.05);(25)、(84),差异非常显著(P<0.01);(8.86±2.7)、(12.9±3.5),差异显著(P<0.05);(98.5)、(15.3),差异非常显著(P<0.01);(7909.8±1935.2)、(5841.1±1258.6),差异显著 (P<0.05).结论 腔镜下甲状腺手术是一种痛苦小、恢复快、美容佳、安全可行的手术方法.

A comparative study of endoscopic thyroid operation and normal thyroid operation

Objective To study advantage and feasibility of endoscopic thyroid ectomy.Methods 150 patients who underwent endoscopic thyroid ectomy and 125 patients who underwent normal thyroid ectomy were compared and analysed in terms of operation time,bleeding and drainage quantity,eating time,use of analgesic,hospital stay,cosmetic benefits and total hospitalization fee.Results Operating time and bleeding and drainage quantity had no significant difference(P>0.05).The hospital stay and the eating time after operation were signifieantly different(P<0.05).The use of analgesic after operation and cosmetic benefits had very significant difference(P<0.01).The total hospitalization fee was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusions The endoscopic thyroidectomy is a good operation of less pain,quickly recovery,safety and cosmetic benefits.
