额肌瓣下移提上睑肌吻合术治疗上睑下垂

目的 探讨一种治疗上睑下垂新的手术方式。方法 术式要点为在术中预制眶膈膜后隧道。牵引额肌瓣经过此隧道向下移行到提上睑肌睑板止点处，与提上睑肌吻合后缝扎固定在睑板上。结果 本组病例手术后均获得较为满意的矫形效果。结论 额肌瓣下移提上睑肌吻合术是治疗中、重度上睑下垂的较为理想的手术方式。

Anastomosis of M.Levator palpebrae superioris for the treatment of palpebra superior ptosis

Objective To investigate a kind of a new surgical way in ptosis.Methods A tunnel should be made first during the operation,transferring the frontal muscles first down to the terminal site through the tunnel,sutured with M.levator palpebrae and fixed on tarsales.Results The corrective effests of this method are fairly good in all patients of the group.Conslusion It show that transfen of frontal muscles flap anastomosis of M.levator palpebrae superioris is an ideal way in the use of the treatment in patients with moderate and severe palpebra superior.
