| 摘 要： | 目的：研究乳腺癌术后患者血液凝血功能的变化。方法：随机选出50名（ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级）乳腺癌患者,分别测定手术前后凝血系列（FIB,TT,PT,APTT,ALT）。结果：乳腺癌患者术后FIB明显高于术前（P〈0.05）,APTT明显低于术前（P〈0.05）,PLT较术前增高（P〈0.05）。结论：乳腺癌术后患者血液呈高凝状态,因而术后存在深部静脉血栓和肺栓塞的危险,及时预防治疗具有重要临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective：To invest the change of perioperative hemostatic alterations in patients with breast cancer.Methods： To test the serial of perioperative hemostatic alterations（FIB,TT,PT,APTT,PLT）in 50 breast cancer patients（ASAⅠ-Ⅱgrade）.Results： FIB and PLT of the patiets with breast cancer were higher preoperatively than that postoperatively（P〈0.05）,APTT obviously decreased postoperatively（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Patients with breast cancer in postoperative stage were in hypercoagulabale state（HCS）,consequently,deep vein thrombosis（dvt） and lung embolism may develop,prevention and therapy in time are important. |
