摘    要:目的:在HPLC法同时测定淫羊藿中朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C和淫羊藿苷含量的基础上,建立一测多评法的方法学考察模式,验证此方法在淫羊藿中应用的可行性和技术适应性。方法:以淫羊藿药材为研究对象,药材中4个主要有效成分为指标成分,分别建立淫羊藿苷与朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C的相对校正因子,计算朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C的含量,实现一测多评;同时采用外标法测定药材中该4个指标成分的含量,并比较计算值与实测值的差异,以验证一测多评法的准确性和可行性。结果:12批淫羊藿药材中4个指标成分的含量计算值与实测值间无显著差异。结论:用一测多评法控制淫羊藿药材的质量是可行的、准确的。

Abstract:Objective : To establish a new method and validate its feasibilities for quality evaluation of Fructus Epimedii. Method : Four main effective flavones, epimedin A, epimedin B, epimedin C and icariin were selected as analytes to evaluate the quality of Fructus Epimedii. The relative correction factors (RCF) of icariin to the other three flavones were calculated . The method was evaluated by comparison of the quantitative results between external standard method and QAMS method. Result : No significant differences were found in the quantitative results of three flavones by external standard method and QAMS method. Conclusion : It is feasible and accurate to evaluate the quality of Fructus Epimedii.
