阿霉素在肿瘤局部化疗中的应用研究

目的]研究阿霉素与医用胶(ZT508)融合后对阿霉素的缓释作用及对阿霉素、ZT508性能的影响。观察阿霉素在体表肿瘤局部的临床疗效。方法]阿霉素与ZT508融合,用HPLC图谱对融合物进行分析;取融合物与ZT508同时进行粘结对比实验;融合物浸泡液中阿霉素的浓度。临床应用融合物涂抹于肿瘤表面并在治疗前后进行肿瘤表面病理学检查。结果]融合物在HPLC图谱中,阿霉素谱峰值无明显变化;融合物稳定,固化没有发生分层,其强度与ZT508无明显差别;融合物固化块随浸泡时间延长,浸泡液中阿霉素释出浓度逐渐增加。应用于临床34例中有效(CR PR)18例(52.9%);34例治疗前肿瘤表面病理学检查,阳性23例,阳性率67.6%(23/34);治疗后印片阳性3例,阳性率8.8%(3/34),两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论]阿霉素与ZT508有良好的相溶性,融合后未改变两者的特性;在融合物中阿霉素有良好的缓释作用。ZT508与阿霉素融合物应用于体表肿瘤,安全可靠,是一种理想的姑息治疗方法。

The Effect of Adriamycin Local Chemotherapy for Cancer

To explore the sustained-release effect of mixed adriamycin(ADM)with medical jelly ZT508and the clinical effect of thd mixed ADM on surface cancer.ADM and ZT508were blended.The mixture was analyzed by HPLC(high performance liquid chromatography).The concentration of ADM in the mixture was measured.After smearing the mixture on the surface of cancer,pathological examination was carried out before and after treatment.No apparent difference was found on the peak value of ADM in four HPLC atlases.The mixture did not separate during the period of solidification.The intensity of mixture had no significant difference with that of AT508.The concentration of released-ADM increased gradually with the prolonging of immersing.Clinical response(CR PR)was found in18cases among34cases(59.2%).Pathologic positive rate was67.6%(23/34)before treatment and8.8%(3/34)after treatment with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions]ADM and ZT508can be mixed well and their specialities are not changed.ADM has good sustained release effect in the mixture.The application with the mixture of ADM and ZT508for body surface cancer is safe and trustiness.It is an ideal palliative treatment.
