芜湖市男男性接触者艾滋病防治干预效果评价

目的了解芜湖市男男性接触者（MSM）性行为学特征、艾滋病认知情况及艾滋病病毒感染情况，评价干预措施效果。方法采用滚雪球的方式，由同伴教育员在调查对象知情并同意的情况下对MSM进行面对面的问卷调查，进行高危性行为干预指导，采集外周血检测艾滋病病毒抗体。结果共对360名男同性恋者进行了调查，HIV阳性率为1．7％。其中306名调查对象完成了干预后调查问卷，干预后艾滋病相关知识知晓率升高，安全套使用频次增加，与干预前相比有统计学意义。结论芜湖市男男性接触者艾滋病相关知识知晓率缺乏，高危性行为普遍存在，干预后安全套使用率仍较低，有待采取更深入广泛的干预措施。

Estimate the Effect of Intervention Models for Control of AIDS among Male Homosexuals in Wuhu City

Objective To explore HIV/AIDS-related sexual behaviors, knowledge and HIV infection rate of men who have sex with men （MSM） in Wuhu and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention models. Methods MSM were sampled by a snowballing way and were interviewed by well trained investigators on the face-to-face survey. They were carried out intervention guidance of high-risk sexual behavior and their peripheral blood was collected for HIV seropositivity testing. Results A total of 360 MSM were included, the rate of HIV infection of them was 1.7%. 306 MSM completed the questionnaire after the intervention, awareness of AIDS-related knowledge increased and the frequency of condom increased; there is statistical significance to compare with before the intervention. Conclusions Poor knowledge of HIV/AIDS and high-risk sexual behaviors were ubiquitous among MSM and potential HIV/AIDS epidemic may occur in this population. Furthermore, the rate of condom use remained low after the intervention. It is imperative to carry out targeted interventions among MSM.
