原发性骨质疏松症的中医辨证分型研究

为探讨原发性骨质疏松症的中医发病机理，在福州地区抽样检查543例原发性骨质疏松症患者，按中医辨证分型，检测腰椎和股骨上段骨密度，结果女性中医证型与骨密度无相关性，男性肾阴虚者股骨颈骨密度明显高于肾阳虚者，有显著性差异，说明肾虚是骨质疏松症的主要病因，肝脾亏虚多伴有肾虚，男性中医证型与骨密度有一定的相关性。

Study on Syndrome Differentiation Type of TCM in Primary Osteoporosis

In order to discuss the TCM pathogenesis of primary osteoporosis,the bone mineral density of lumbar and upper femur of 543 osteoporosis patients was measured in Fu Zhou city.Syndrome differentiation type divided the patients into groups.The results showed there was not relationship between syndrome differentiation type and bone mineral density in female.While in male,the bone mineral density of neck in kidney yin deficiency type was obviously higher than in kidney yang deficiency type.Which show kidney deficiency was main basis of osteoporosis,and liver and spleen deficiency usually combined with kidney deficiency.There might be a relationship between differentiation syndrome and hone mineral density in male.
