| 摘 要： | 在Ｂ超引导下，经皮肝穿无水酒精注射治疗术后复发的原发性小肝癌１４例。经针吸细胞学检查、Ｂ趋和ＡＦＰ监测，表明经皮肝穿无水酒精注射术治疗复发的小肝癌，可使瘤体缩小、ＡＦＰ下降，肝功影响小，疗效确切。随访结果，死亡３例，健在１１例。

| Abstract: | Ultrasono-guided percutaneous ethanol injection therapy(PEIT)was per- fonned in 14 patients with small recurrent primarv liver cancer(PLC)The results ofneedle aspi- ration cytoexamination,ultrasonography and AFP mornitoring indicated that PEIT could re- duce the size of the tumor mass,lower the serum AFP level and produce definite therapeuticeffect.Follow up observation showed that 3 patients died after survival for more than oneyear,and 11 patients were still alive when this report was written,Thusl PEIT is a simple andeffective means for treating patients with small recurrent PLC and whose liver functions werenot good enouph for major operative procedures. |
