| 摘 要： | 目的:提高ANA检测的阳性率,加强ANA检测的特异性、敏感性。为结缔组织病的诊断、病情观察及疗效评估提供可靠依据。方法:用免疫荧光法以Hela细胞培养片为底物,同时检测ANA及ACA。结果:与鼠肝为底物进行比较,阳性率提高,特异性加强。与Hep-Ⅱ细胞涂片为底物比较,细胞形态完整、染色结果清晰、易判断。结论:用Hela细胞培养片为底物检测ANA及ACA是一种特异、敏感、准确的实验方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To advance the positive rate and enhance the sensitivity and specificity of detection of ANA.It can be regarded as reliable index for diagnosis,therapeutic evaluation and prognosis in connective tissue disease.Method The detec-tion of ANA and ACA was used by immunof -luorescence(substrate is Hela cell culture plate).Results To compare with the rat liver as substrate.the positive rate and specificity is higher.To compare with the Hep-Ⅱcell smear,the cell form is good and dyeing is distinct.Conclusion It is a good special,sensitive and exact test method by Hela cell culture plate. |
