无神经系统定位体征的癫痫大发作患者的EEG和CT分析

摘    要:报告73例无神经系统定位体征的癫痫大发作患者的EEG和CT结果。EEG异常率为82.1%。CT异常率为32.88%。CT正常组和异常组中,EEG的异常率无明显差异。CT异常率与病程关系不大,存有发病诱因的继发性癫痫CT异常率较无明显原因者显著增高。EEG为癫痫诊断的重要的电生理检查方法,且有粗略的定位意义,而CT能显示脑结构方面的病理改变,有利于查找病因及病变部位。

Abstract:We reported results of computeed tomography (CT) and electroencephalogram (EEG) on 73 cases with grand mal epilepsy without nervous systemic signs. The abnormal rate of EEG and CT was 82.19% and 32. 88% epectively. There were no significant difference between normal and abnormal CT group in the abnormal rate of EEG. The abnoral CT of rate had no significant relationship with the course. The abnormal rate of CT in the secondary epilepsy with induced reasons was much higher than that in primay epilepsy. EEG is an important electrophysi-ological examination for diagnosis of epilepsy and it alo had gross location meaning. CT could display the pathologic changes in ceerebral structure and aid to discover lesion situation and cause.
