阿立哌唑治疗儿童精神病的疗效分析

目的对阿立哌唑治疗儿童精神病的药物安全性进行评价研究。方法抽取本院104例儿童精神病患者分成研究组和对照组，两组患者同时给予基础治疗，基础治疗基础上给予研究组患儿口服阿立哌唑治疗，给予对照组患儿口服氯氮平治疗。结果研究组患者应用阿立哌唑对儿童精神病进行治疗所达到的总有效率明显高于对照组的治疗效果，且研究组患者的无效人数明显低于对照组患者。结论阿立哌唑具有较高的安全性以及耐受性，可提高儿童精神病患者的依从性，更适合儿童精神病患者，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy analysis of Aripiprazole in the treatment of childhood psychiatric

Objective To explore aripiprazole in the treatment of childhood psychiatric drug safety evaluation research. Methods In our hospital 104 cases were divided into study group and control group, two groups of patients while giving the basic treatment, foundation treatment based on the given research group in children with oral treatment with aripiprazole, given in control group with oral clozapine treatment. Results Patients in the study group use of aripiprazole in a child psy- chiatric treatment to reach the total efficiency was higher than that of the control group did not use of aripiprazole on chil- dren with mental disease treatment effect, and the study group of patients with invalid number was significantly lower than the control group patients. Conclusion Aripiprazole has higher safety and tolerability, improved child psychiatric patient compliance, more suitable for child psychiatric patients using this drug for treatment, worthy of clinical application.
