摘    要:目的 探讨肺上皮样血管内皮瘤( PEH)的影像学表现.方法 回顾性分析5例病理证实的PEH患者的影像学(多层螺旋CT和PET-CT)资料.结果 所有5例PET患者均为女性,年龄29~56岁.多层螺旋CT均表现为双肺多发结节,边界可清楚或模糊,沿支气管血管束分布,部分结节内有钙化,部分结节周边见磨玻璃密度影( GGO)....

Abstract:Objective To describe and illustrate the radiological findings of pulmonary epithelioid hemangioendothe- lioma (PEH). Methods Multi-slice spiral CT and PET-CT findings of 5 PEH patients confirmed by pathology were ana- lyzed retrospectively. Results All 5 patients were females pulmonary nodules in MSCT, with perivascular distribution whose age ranges from 29 to 56, were presented as multiple Some nodules were of calcification inside and some were ob- served with ground-glass opacity (GGO). Of the PET-CT in 3 patients, pulmonary nodules showed none or mild18 F-FDG up- take. Hepatic lesions occurred in 3 patients and bone lesions in 2 patients simultaneously. Immunohistochemieal analysis con- ducted in 4 patients showed CD34 expression, factor wm expressed in all and CD31 expressed in 3 patients. Conclusion PEH is a rare vascular tumor of the lung commonly among young women. MSCT and PET-CT both provide valuable informa- tion for diagnosis and clinical evaluation, yet the definite diagnosis relies on pathological and immunohistoehemical study.
