rhGM-CSF凝胶联合LEEP治疗CIN的疗效研究

目的研究宫颈电热圈环切术（LEEP）联合外用重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞刺激因子（rhGM-CSF）凝胶治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）的疗效。方法选择CIN患者62例，分为治疗组42例和对照组20例，均行LEEP治疗，术后创面分别外敷rhGM-CSF凝胶和无菌纱布，术后随访半年，观察两组疗效及并发症发生率，并进行统计学分析。结果两组有效率分别为100．00％和80．00％，并发症发生率分别为2．38％和25．0％，两者间比较均有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论ZLEEP联合rhGM-CSF凝胶治疗CIN可提高疗效．减少并发症的发生率。

The therapeutic effect on CIN by rhGM-CSF Gel with LEEP

Objective To study the therapeutic effect for CIN treated by loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) with recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor(rhGM-CSF) gel.Methods 62 cases CIN patients were chosen divided into the treatment group of 42 patients and the control group of 20 patients.They were all treated by LEEP,and the rhGM-CSF gel and the sterile gauze were respectively applied externally to the postoperative wound.The postoperative follow-up will last for half a year,and the curative effect of the two groups and the incidence of complications were observed.Finally,the statistical analysis were made.Results The effective rate of the two groups was respectively 100.0% and 80.0%,and the complication rate was 2.38% and 25.0%.There were significant differences between them(P < 0.05).Conclusion The treatment for CIN by LEEP with rhGM-CSF gel can improve the curative effect,and can reduce the incidence of complications.
