医疗责任保险推行现状与推广对策探讨——以广东省某市为例

医疗责任保险作为转嫁医疗风险的重要手段之一,在我国的发展还处于初步的探索阶段。深圳市作为改革的前沿城市,其医疗责任保险的运行情况不容乐观。文章从国内外保险推行现状和深圳市运行中存在的问题入手,提出放宽责任保障范围,建立风险共担、激励与约束和强制保险制度,完善医患纠纷调解机制等推广对策。

Studying on the status of medical liability insurance sampled with one city in Guangdong Province and countermeasures to popularize it

Medical liability insurance is an important method to reduce medical risk,which is still in the initial exploration stage in China.As the forefront of reform in China,the status of medical liability insurance operation is not optimistic in Shenzhen City.Based on the status of implementation of insurance at home and abroad and problems of operation in Shenzhen City,some countermeasures were put forward to popularize medical liability insurance,which were widening liability coverage,establishing risk-sharing,incentive and constraint,and compulsory insurance system,and improving medical dispute mediation mechanism.
