冠心病不同治法对舌质和舌体微循环的影响

目的观察冠心病不同治法对舌质和舌体微循环的影响。方法将60例冠心病(CHD)患者随机分为2组,治疗1组30例采用西医常规治疗,治疗2组30例在治疗1组基础上加经皮穿刺冠状动脉成形术,2组治疗3个月后,与同期体检正常者30例对照,观察3组舌质紫黯、舌体血流灌注量及血流速度变化情况。结果治疗前治疗1、2组舌质紫黯率均高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2组治疗后紫黯率与本组治疗前比较明显下降(P<0.05),且低于治疗1组治疗后(P<0.05)。治疗1组治疗前、后及治疗2组治疗前舌体血流灌注量及舌体血流速度均低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2组治疗后舌体血流灌注量及舌体血流速度与本组治疗前比较明显提高(P<0.05),且高于治疗1组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论 CHD的治疗效果与舌体血流灌注量及血流速的改变之间存在因果关系,舌体微循环的变化可引起舌质的变化。

Effect of different therapies of coronary heart disease on the tongue body and the tongue microcirculation

Objective To observe the effect of different therapies of coronary heart disease on the tongue body and the tongue microcirculation.Methods 60 patients with CHD were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in treatment group one were treated by routine western medicine.Treatment group two received percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty combined with routine western medicine.After treatment of three months dark purple tongue,the tongue body perfusion and blood flow velocity were observed in two groups and compared with that in 30 healthy cases in same period.Results Dark purple tongue rate in treatment group one and two was higher than that in normal control group before treatment（P〈0.05）.Dark purple tongue rate after treatment was obviously lower than that before treatment in treatment group two（P〈0.05）,and its dark purple tongue rate was lower than that after treatment in treatment group one（P〈0.05）.The tongue body perfusion and blood flow velocity before and after treatment in treatment group one and before treatment in treatment group two were lower than those in normal control group（P〈0.05）.The tongue body perfusion and blood flow velocity after treatment were obviously increased compared with those before treatment in treatment group two（P〈0.05）,and The tongue body perfusion and blood flow velocity were increased in comparison with those after treatment in treatment group one（P〈0.05）.Conclusion There was the causal relationship between therapeutic effect,the tongue body perfusion and blood flow velocity changes,tongue microcirculatory changes can cause tongue body changes.
