| 摘 要： | 目的：观察夏杞菊荼饮联合硝苯地平治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压临床疗效。方法：将诊断为原发性高血压肝阳上亢型患者随机分为2组。对照组40例子硝苯地平缓释片口服，20mg／次，1次，d。治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上给予夏杞菊茶饮治疗。治疗2个月后比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率92．5％，对照组总有效率75．0％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：夏杞菊茶饮能有效提高硝苯地平治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压治疗效果。

Clinical observation on treating 40 cases of liver yang type of essential hypertension with the Xiaqi Jucha plus nifedipine |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe clinical effect on treating liver yang type of essential hypertension with the Xiaqi Jucha plus nifedipine.Methods:The diagnosis of essential hypertension in patients with liver yang type of essential hypertension were randomly divided into 2 groups.Control group of 40 patients was treated with nifedipine oral,20mg one times,one time a day.The treatment group of 40 patients was treated with the Xiaqi Jucha on the basis treatment of control group.After 2 months treatment to compare the effect of the two group.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 92.5% and 75.0%,the difference of the two group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xiaqi Jucha could effectively improve the nifedipine treatment of liver yang treatment of essential hypertension. |
