| 摘 要： | 滑膜炎（Synovitis）在骨性关节炎（Osteoarthrits，OA）中占重要地位，多见于老年人，主要是因软骨退变与骨质增生产生的机械性生物化学性刺激，继发膝关节滑膜水肿、渗出和积液等，在临床实践中，中医和西医分别从不同角度对膝骨关节炎性滑膜炎的治疗进行了探索。

A review on treating synovitis of osteoarthritis of the knee in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Synovitis had an important role in osteoarthritis （Osteoarthrits, OA）, more common in the elderly. Mainly due to cartilage degeneration and the hyperostosis mechanical biochemical stimulation, secondary knee joint synovial edema, exudative effusions. In clinical practice, TCM and modem medicine from a different perspective to investigate the treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee synovitis. |
