| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃癌患者外周血中CD3＋CD4CI）8-（I）NT）细胞及T淋巴细胞亚群的表达及临床意义。方法利用流式细胞仪对43例胃癌、36例健康人外周血中的DNT细胞及T细胞亚群进行检测，并对比分析两者的差异。结果胃癌患者DNT细胞百分比（9．11±5．56）％明显高于止常对照组（4184±1．43）％（P〈O．01），胃癌患者CD4＋％、CD4±／CD8＋比值低于正常对照组（P均〈0．01），CD8＋％高于正常对照组（P〈0．01）。结论胃癌患者DNT细胞百分比显著升高及T淋巴细胞亚群比例改变，提示胃癌患者免疫功能异常，为胃癌发病机制研究及免疫治疗提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CD3+CD4-CD8-(DNT) cells and T lymphocyte sub-sets in gastric cancer patients.Methods DNT cells and lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood were detected by flow cy-tometry in 43 gastric cancer patients and 36 healthy people,and the difference between them was comparatively analyzed.Results The percent of DNT cells(9.11±5.56)% were higher in patients with gastric cancer than those in normal control group(4.84±1.43)%(P < 0.01);However,the CD4+ cells,the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ were decreased and CD8+ cells increased in comparison with normal control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion The significant increase of DNT cells and the change of T lymphocyte subsets’s percentage in gastric cancer patients might be used to evaluate the immune function of patients with gastric cancer and provide guidance for adoptive immunotherapy. |
