| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理人员参与医师会诊的效果。方法按照不同层次护理人员的会诊学习计划,组织护理人员参与医师的各种会诊活动,并通过个人、科室和患者3方面进行效果评价。结果护理人员参与医师会诊活动后,个人评价总分、专业理论和专业技能评分均高于参与前,科室评价除护理文书外,其他各项合格率均高于参与前,患者满意度明显提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护理人员参与医师会诊活动,有助于提高护理人员的综合素质、临床护理质量和患者满意度。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of nursing staff attending physician consultation activities. Methods Nursing staff attended physician consultation activities according to the different levels of nursing staff. The data about individual assessment, department assessment, and patient assessment were collected to evaluate the effect of practice. Results The scores of self - assessment, professional theory and professional skills and department assessment in addition to nursing instruments were improved significantly and the satisfaction of patients was improved dramatically （ P 〈0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Nursing staff attending consultation activities has a positive effect on overall quality of nurses, the quality of nursing and the satisfaction degree of doctors, nurses and patients. |
