| 摘 要： | 目的观察锝亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法将50例患者随机分为两组．对照组单独服用柳氮磺胺吡啶，治疗组锝亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗，3个疗程结束后观察治疗前后的临床症状体征、实验指标变化及不良反应的发生率。结果锝亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎其总有效率为92．0％，且治疗过程中仅有2例不良反应。结论锝亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液联合治疗强直性脊柱炎起效快，疗效确切，副作用小。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of 99Tc-MDP combined with Sulfasalazine in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods Fifty cases were randomLy divided into two groups,control group taking sulfasalazine alone control group MDP combined with sulfasalazine,before and after treatment of clinical signs and symptoms observed after the end of the three courses,experimental indexes and adverse events rate.Results The total effective rate of 99Tc-MDP combined with Sulfasalazine in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis was 92%,and the course of treatment,only two cases of adverse reactions.Conclusion The onset of MDP joint treatment of ankylosing spondylitis fast,efficacy,side effects. |
