康艾注射液联合改良VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤临床疗效观察

目的探讨康艾注射液联合改良VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤（MM）的疗效及毒副反应。方法52例初治MM患者根据治疗方案的不同分为两组．观察组29例采用康艾注射液联合改良VAD方案治疗；而对照组23例仅接受改良VAD方案治疗。结果观察组患者有效率稍高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。观察组骨髓抑制、肺部感染及恶心呕吐的发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组生活质量改善率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论康艾注射液联合改良VAD方案治疗MM安全、有效，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy of kangai injection combined with modified VAD regimen in the treatment of multiple myeloma

Objective To investigate the efficacy and toxicities of kangai injection combined with modified VAD regimen in the treatment of multiple myeloma(MM).Methods Fifty-two cases MM were divided into two groups according to the regimen,the 29 cases of the observation group received the kangai injection and modified VAD regimen,and the other 23 cases of the control group received the modified VAD regimen.Results The response rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The incidences of marrow depression,pulmonary infection,nausea and vomitting in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The improvement rate of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Kangai injection combined with modified VAD regimen is effective and safe in the treatment of MM.
