| 摘 要： | 构建多个由不同层级和类型的医疗服务机构组成的"纵向整合"的医疗服务体系是提供连续的、整合的医疗卫生服务的基础,是实现新医改目标的关键。本文对国内外各国的相关文献进行综述后,给出了"纵向整合"的医疗服务体系的定义和内涵,梳理了六大纵向整合机制。

| Abstract: | The vertical integrated medical services system plays an important role in providing continuous medical services system,and is the key to achieve new health reform,which includes various levels and types of medical institutions.Based on the overall literature reviews,the definition and connotation of vertical integrated medical services system were put forward,and six kinds of mechanisms to integrate them were analyzed. |
