| 摘 要： | 目的：减毒增效升白汤联合化疗药物治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效观察及护理对策。方法：两组患者均常规化疗方案，治疗组在此基础治疗组给予自拟减毒增效升白汤治疗，1剂／d，并进行有关的护理方法，两组均4周为1疗程。结果：治疗组有效率及生活质量改善均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：减毒增效升白汤联合化疗药物对恶性肿瘤减轻化疗毒副作用，改善其生活质量和全身症状，提高机体免疫力，达到减毒增效的作用，从而提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the Clinical observation and nursing countermeasures of treating malignant with the Jiandu Zengxiao Shengbai decoction plus chemotherapy medicine.Methods:Patients in the both groups were treated with conventional chemotherapy,on this basis treatment,the treatment group was given Jiandu Zengxiao Shengbai decoction,one/day,and nuring,4 weeks as a course of treatment in the both groups.Results:The efficacy and improvement of the quality of life of treatment group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Jiandu Zengxiao Shengbai decoction plus chemotherapy medicine can reduce chemotherapy side effects on malignant tumors,improve their quality of life and systemic symptoms,has a good effect. |
