2002年全国碘缺乏病健康教育调查报告

目的 对2002年全国碘缺乏病健康教育传播效果进行评估。方法 采用统一的试卷和问卷进行调查。结果 家庭主妇组全国平均分为76．5分，100分所占百分比为44．7％，平均分达到60分以上的有12个省份。五年级学生组全国平均分为61．4分，100分所占百分比为39．0％，平均分达到60分以上的有15个省份。结论 我国的碘缺乏病防治健康教育工作力度不够，重视程度下降，造成群众对碘缺乏病危害及防治措施的认知程度下滑，健康教育亟待加强。

Investigation on health education in Chinese Iodine Deficiency Disorders in 2002

Objective To evaluate the propagation effects of health education in Chinese Iodine Deficiency Disorders (IDD) in 2002. Methods Investigation was conducted by using unified questionaire. Results The average scores of housewives and school students are 76. 5 and 61. 4, respectively; the percentages of 100 score are 44. 7% and 39. 0%, respectively. The average scores of housewives and school students are over 60 in 12 provinces and 15 provinces, respectively. Conclusions The awareness of health education on IDD control is not powerful enough and is falling, so that people' s cognition level are dropping on the damages of IDD and on the control measure, Health education on IDD control is weak and need to be enhanced urgently.
