| 摘 要： | 目的观察氧气驱动雾化吸入普米克及博利康尼治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法对156例患儿随机分治疗组及对照组各78例进行治疗,治疗组在综合治疗的基础上给予普米克令舒及博利康尼雾化溶液雾化吸入。对治疗后的临床症状和体征改善情况相比较。结果治疗组加用普米克令舒及博利康尼雾化溶液吸入后,在缓解喘憋症状及哮鸣音消失等方面优于对照组(p<0.05),且能缩短毛细支气管炎的疗程及住院时间。结论吸入普米克令舒及博利康尼雾化溶液治疗毛细支气管炎疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Pulmicort and Bricany1 oxygen driving inhalation in treating bronchiolitis. Methods 156cases with bronchiolitis were divided into treatment group and control group and were treatment. The treatment group, on the basis of comprehensive therapy was given, pulmicort and bricany1 respiraror solution. The difference in improvement of symptoms and physical sings were observed in these 2 groups. Results The results showed that the cases were treated with Pulmicort and Bricany inhalation had a significant difference to those of control group at symptoms and wheezing improvement(p<0.05), and the treatment reduced days in hospital. Conclusion Thereby indicating that pulmicort and bricanyl applied as effective when used with clinically adoptable dosage in bronchiolitis. |
