一例膀胱壁内嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断与治疗并文献复习

目的 探讨膀胱壁内嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断与治疗特点.方法 回顾性分析我院诊断与治疗的1例膀胱壁内嗜铬细胞瘤患者的临床资料,并结合相关文献进行探讨.结果 患者行膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤切除术,术后病理提示为膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤,恢复良好,血压降至正常,痊愈出院,随访18个月未见肿瘤复发及远处转移.结论 膀胱壁内嗜铬细胞瘤临床罕见,预后良好,虽其症状比较典型,但临床上少见,术前极易漏诊,需提高对此病的认识.

Diagnosis and treatment of pheochromocytoma in urinary bladder: a case report and literature review

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment features of pheochromocytoma in the bladder ball. Methods The clinical date of one case with bladder pheochromocytoma was retrospectively analyzed and discussed, in combination with relevant literature. Results The patient was performed with bladder pheochromocytoma resection. The postoperative pathology indicates pheochromocytoma in the bladder wall. The patient achieved good recovery with blood pressure return to normal, which was cured and discharged. During the followed-up of 18 months, no tumor recurrence and distant metastasis was observed. Conclusion Bladder pheochromocytoma is a rare illness with good prognosis in clinic. Although its symptoms are typical, it can be easily dismissed in diagnosis due to its rarity. Thus we should improve our awareness of this disease.
