青少年屈光参差性弱视治疗的方法与疗效

目的：探讨青少年屈光参差性弱视的不同治疗方法与疗效。方法：129例（129只眼）13-18岁屈光参差性弱视患者随机分成A、B、C3组各43例，均进行弱视综合训练。同时A组用不透光布直接遮盖健眼；B组用不透光物遮盖健眼的眼镜片上；C组用光学压抑健跟视远联合遮盖。随访1-3年，平均2．5年。结果：A、B、C3组的基本治愈率分别为72．1％、48．8％、44．2％，有效率分别为95．4％，81．4％、79．1％。结论：青少年屈光参差性弱视大部分治疗是有效的，其中健眼直接完全遮盖的综合治疗效果最好。

Treatments of Teenagers Anisometropic Amblyopia

Objective: To study the treatments and curative effectiveness of teenagers anisometropic amblyopia.Methods: 129 cases(129 eyes) teenagers with anisometropic amblyopia were randomly divided into A,B,C groups(n=43 in each group),subjected to correct spectacles.In the group A,the healthy eyes were covered up directly with opaque cloth,in group B,the spectacles of the healthy eyes were covered up and in group C,the health eyes were treated with optical far penalization combined with occlusion.All patients were followed up for 1-3 years with an average of 2.5 years.Results: The basically cured rate in groups A,B and C was 72.1 %,48.8 % and 44.2 % respectively,and effective rate in groups A,B and C was 95.4 %,(81.4%) and(79.1%) respectively.Conclusion: The treatment for teenagers anisometropic amblyopia is usually effective.The comprehensive amblyopia treatments with the healthy eye being covered up directly are most effective.
