探讨超声检查在妇科急腹症中的临床应用

目的探讨妇科急腹症的超声诊断特点及误诊原因。方法对132例妇科急腹症患者进行回顾性研究。结果 132例患者中宫外孕87例,卵巢黄体破裂19例,卵巢囊肿蒂扭10例,急性盆腔炎16例,超声诊断符合率为93.9%。结论超声检查在妇科急腹症诊断中占重要的地位,具有方便易行、无创、重复性高优势,及时检查可为临床提供有价值的信息,结合病史、症状、体征和实验室检查,可提高超声诊断的符合率。

Explore of gynecologic acute abdomen Ultrasonographic in the clinical application

Objective To explore the of the ultrasonic diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen characteristics and causes of misdiagnosis. Methods 132 cases of gynecologic acute abdomen patients were studied retrospectively. Results 132 cases of patients with the results of 87 cases of ectopic pregnancy,ruptured corpus luteum 19 cases,10 cases of ovarian cyst torsion,16 cases of acute pelvic inflammatory disease,Ultrasound diagnosis rate was 93. 9% . Conclusion Ultras-onography in the diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen pain, which occupies an important position,with the convenience of easy,non-invasive,reproducible and high-edge, timely inspection can provide valuable clinical information,but should be combined with history,symptoms,signs and laboratory inspection,can improve the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis.
