| 摘 要： | 目的:评价动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折疗效。方法:对76例老年股骨转子间骨折行手术前牵引复位,DHS内固定术,术后早期进行康复锻炼。结果:随访10～24月(平均14个月)后根据临床综合评定标准评定,优66例,良8例,差2例。结论:动力髋螺钉(DHS)是治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的可靠内固定方法,严格掌握适应证,合理有效内固定及早期功能锻炼,可获得满意疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effects of interochanteric fractures treated with dynamic hip screw (DHS).Methods: 76 cases with intertrochanteric fracture were treated with preoperative tractionreduction, DHS fixation and early postoperative rehabilitation.Results: All cases were followed up for 10～24months (average 14 months). According to the Han's criteria, the results were excellent in 66 cases,good in 8 and poor in 2. Conclusion: It is a reliable method to treat intertrochanteric fracture with dynamic hip screws (DHS).With approprative operative indication and performed reasonable and effective internal fixation and early rehabilitation, it can lead to good function. |
