| 摘 要： | 目的 评价微生态制剂金双歧与麦滋林－S颗粒联合治疗慢性结肠炎的疗效。方法 125例慢性结肠炎患者随机分为对照组（64例）及治疗组（65例），对照组予锡类散保留灌肠，治疗组予金双歧2000mg，口服，1日3次，麦滋林－S颗粒2010mg 生理盐水100ml，保留灌肠，1日1次，疗程4周。结果 治疗组患者腹痛、腹泻、便秘等症状缓解率及总有效率均明显优于对照组（P＜0．05），并未观察到任何副作用。结论 微生态制剂金双歧与麦滋林－S颗粒联合应用对慢性结肠炎疗效肯定且无明显副作用，可供临床治疗慢性结肠炎选择的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical effects of microecological Agents-Golden and Marzulene-S in treatment of chronic colitis.METHODS 125 patients with chronic colitis were randomly devided into control group(n=60) and treatment group (n=65), the patients in control group were treated with Xileisan retention enema, the patients in treatment group were treated with taking orally microecological Agents-Golden(2000mg, tid)and with Marzulene-S retention enema (2010mg,Qd). RESULTS Lysis rate of abdominal pain, diarrhea and or constipation and the total effective rate in treatment group was markedly superior to control group (P<0 05),no side-effect was observed.CONCLUSION There are good effects and no side-effect of union application of microecological Agents-Golden and Marzulene-S in treatment of chronic colitis and may be regarded as one of treatment for chronic colitis. |
