| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨急诊护理干预对高血压脑出血病人预后的影响,总结对高血压脑出血急诊规范化护理流程。方法]对我院2005年2月—2011年2月因高血压脑出血来院急诊病人409例的临床资料进行回顾分析,其中由"120"接入的病人287例,由家属送来医院的病人122例。结果]由"120"接入的287例病人中死亡3例,窒息7例;由家属送来医院的122例病人中死亡16例、窒息31例。结论]急诊护理干预能够提高高血压脑出血病人抢救成功率,规范化急诊护理流程是抢救高血压脑出血病人成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into the influence of emergency nursing intervention to prognosis of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,and to summarize normalized emergency nursing procedure.Methods:A total of 409 cases of clinical data to patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively from February 2005 to February 2011 in our hospital,which were inserted by"120" in 287 cases and inserted by family members in 122 cases.Results: 3 cases died and 7 cases asphyxia in the 287 cases inserted by"120".16 cases died and 31 cases asphyxia in the 122 cases inserted by family members.Conclusion:Emergency nursing intervention could increase the achievement ratio of rescue to patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Normalized emergency nursing procedure is the key to successfully rescue to patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. |
