细节护理在鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜反应中的应用

[目的]观察优质护理对鼻咽癌病人放疗中口腔黏膜反应的影响。[方法]将80例鼻咽癌首次放疗病人随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组实行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行系统的细节护理。[结果]观察组口腔黏膜反应轻于对照组,比较第4周、第6周两组口腔黏膜反应情况有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]通过对鼻咽癌病人采取细节护理,明显减轻了口腔黏膜反应程度,提高治疗效果和生存质量,减轻病人的痛苦。

Application of details nursing for radioactive oral mucositis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients

Objective:To observe the influence of quality care for radioactive oral mucositis of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:80 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy first time were randomly divided into the observation group(n=40) and the control group(n=40).The control group accepted routine care,while the observation group accepted systematic details nursing based on routine care.Results:The oral mucositis of Observation group was lighter than that of control group,and there were significant differences to compare the fourth week,sixth week of oral mucositis of the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Take care of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma by details nursing significantly reduced the degree of oral mucositis,improved the treatment effects and quality of life and alleviated patients’suffering.
