某高职校新生乙肝感染及疫苗接种情况

目的了解高职校新生乙肝疫苗接种及HBV感染情况,为预防乙肝提供参考。方法对某高职校2007级新生2 432人进行乙肝疫苗接种情况的问卷调查,同时用ELISA法检测每个新生的血清HBsAg和抗-HBs,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果72.00%的新生接种过乙肝疫苗,城市学生接种率高于农村学生(p<0.05),女生接种率高于男生(p<0.05)。HBsAg阳性率2.34%,男生为5.34%,女生为1.06%,男生HBsAg阳性率高于女生(p<0.05);农村学生HBsAg阳性率3.28%,城市学生为0.68%,农村学生HBsAg阳性率高于城市学生(p<0.5)。抗-HBs阳性率为74.38%,女生抗-HBs阳性率85.83%,男生为47.74%,女生抗-HBs阳性率高于男生(p<0.05);城市学生抗-HBs阳性率92.80%,农村学生64.00%,城市学生抗-HBs阳性率高于农村学生(p<0.05)。结论高职校新生仍须注意乙肝预防;农村生源和男生抗-HBs阴性者为重点预防对象,接种乙肝疫苗为有效预防手段。

The Hepatitis B Infection and Vaccination Situation for Freshmen in a Higher Vocational Technical College

Objective To find out the Hepatitis B Vaccination condition and HBV carried condition of the freshmen in vocational schools,for the prevention of HBV.Method One vocational school's 2 432 freshmen in 2007 were asked to do a questionnaire about HBV condition,meanwhile,their serum HBsAg and Anti-HBs was tested by ELISA,all these results were analyzed statistically.Results 72.00% of the freshmen have been vaccinated against Hepatitis B.The vaccination rate of the students from the city is higher than those from the country(p<0.05).The vaccination rate of female is higher than male(p<0.05).57 people show positive HBs,the positive rate is 2.34%.The HBsAg positive rate of male is 5.34% while the rate of female is 1.06%(p<0.05).The HBsAg positive rate of the students from the country is 3.28% while the rate of the students from the city is 0.68%(p<0.05).Anti-HBs positive rate is 74.38%.The Anti-HBs positive rate of female is 85.83% which is much higher than that of male,47.74%(p<0.05).The Anti-HBs positive rate of the students from the city is 92.80% which is much higher than that of those from the county,64.00%(p<0.05).Conclusion Freshmen of vocational schools need to be paid attention to Hepatitis B vaccination,the students whose Anti-HBs is negative are the key precautionary ones especially male students come from the country,and Hepatitis B vaccinate is an effective way to prevent Hepatitis B.
