"品质改善"管理活动对提高护理人员培训质量的效果评价

目的增强护理人员的培训意识,提高培训质量。方法在科室成立“品质改善”活动小组,对护理培训管理进行干预,并对干预前后的护理人员培训参与率及考核合格率进行比较,找出影响培训质量的相关因素并制订相应的改进措施。结果通过“品质改善”活动小组的干预,护理人员培训参与率和考核合格率较干预前均有提高。结论“品质改善”管理活动可强化护理人员的培训意识,提高培训质量,值得临床推广。

The effect of quality circle program on the quality of training for nursing staff

Objective To reinforce the consciousness of training among nursing staff and improve the quality of training.Method The "quality circle" team was set up in the department to manage the professional training.A pre-post contrast of the participation rate and examination passing rate were conducted to evaluate the effect of quality circle and find out the factors influencing the quality of training,then the corresponding improvement measures were established.Result After the intervention of "quality circle" team,the training participation rate and examination passing rate among nursing staff were increased.Conclusion "Quality circle" program is beneficial to strengthen the consciousness of training among nursing staff and improve the quality of training,which need to be spread out in clinical practice.
