吲哚菁绿晶状体前囊染色的实验研究

摘    要:目的:评价吲哚菁绿(ICG)晶状体前囊染色方法的安全性和有效性。方法:选取健康日本种大耳白兔24只,随机分为ICG染色组和空白对照组.每组12只。在ICG染色组,每只兔左右眼分别随机选择0.5%ICG直接染色法或气泡下染色法。结果:(1)直接或气泡下染色方法均可使晶状体前囊着色,并且气泡下染色方法效果更好。(2)各组术后1d眼前节出现炎症反应,至术后7d消退。术后各组均未发现角膜水肿。(3)在ICG组和对照组中,每种术式角膜内皮细胞计数、内皮细胞变异系数、六角形细胞比例于术前、术后1,3,7d变化差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。(4)ICG组及对照组术后1d眼压明显低于术前及术后3,7d(P〈0.05)。(5)ICG组扫描电镜显示术后1d角膜内皮细胞轻度水肿,术后7d恢复正常。结论:0.5%ICG兔眼晶状体前囊染色安全有效,气泡下染色效果更好。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of indocyanine green(ICG) in staining rabbit's anterior lens capsule.Methods: Twenty-four healthy Japanese rabbits were randomly divided into ICG and control groups with 12 rabbits in each group. The surgical methods included direct staining and staining under air bubble. Each eye of each rabbit randomly received either of the above methods. Results: (1) Both direct staining and staining under air bubble could make the anterior capsule stained, and the method of staining under air bubble was better. (2) Exudates in anterior chamber of each eye were obviously found 1 day postoperatively, and disappeared 7 days postoperatively. Corneal edema was not observed in two groups. (3) There was no significant difference in count of endothelium, coefficient of variation, and proportion of hexagonal cell in ICG and control groups between preoperatively, and 1, 3, 7 days postoperatively (P > 0.05). (4) The intraocular pressure in ICG and control groups was lower 1 day postoperatively than that 3 and 7 days postoperatively (P < 0.05). (5) Endothelium swelled slightly in ICG group 1 day postoperatively, and disappeared 7 days postoperatively proved by scan electric microscope. Conclusion: Staining with 0.5% ICG is a safe and effective method in staining the rabbit's anterior lens capsule. Staining under air bubble is superior to direct staining.
