慢性丙型肝炎患者FAS抗原检测及临床意义

观察慢性丙型肝炎 (CHC)患者肝组织及外周血单核细胞 (PBMC)FAS抗原表达对CHC病情的影响 ,进而探讨FAS系统与CHC的关系及临床意义。采用肝组织病理、免疫组化、PCR及血液生化等方法检测 4 1例CHC患者的肝组织和PBMC中FAS抗原、血清HCVRNA及肝功能。结果显示 (1)CHC患者PBMC的FAS阳性率为 4 1 5 % ,肝组织FAS阳性率为 6 5 6 % ,肝组织FAS( )病例中 81%PBMCFAS( )。 (2 )CHC患者PBMCFAS( )组血清HCVRNA和ALT水平均显著高于FAS(- )组 (P <0 0 5 )。说明CHC患者肝组织和PBMC中FAS表达与肝组织炎症及血清病毒载量有关 ,FAS系统可作为观察CHC病情的新指标协助诊断与治疗

The Study of Relationship Between FAS Antigen Expression and HCVRNA Level of Patiens with Chronic Hepatitis C

To study the expression of FAS antigens in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) and liver tissues of patients with chronic hepatitis C (CHC) and the relationship between them. FAS antigen were detected by immuno-histochemistry in PBMC and in the liver of patients with CHC and serum HCVRNA were detected by PCR. Liver histopathology and serum ALT were detected simultaneously we observed: (1)The rate of FAS positive of patients with CHC in PBMC are 41.5%(17/41) and in the liver tissues are 65.6%(21/32). (2)Both serum HCVRNA and ALT level are higher significatly in patients of PBMC FAS( ) than those of PBMC FAS(-). (P<0.05). The result. indicated that (1)The expression of FAS antigens in PBMC and in the liver tissues are correlated to liver inflammation and serum HCVRNA in the patients with CHC. (2)FAS system may play a new role in the diagnosis and treatment of CHC.
