家兔带肌蒂骨移植后骨组织变化的研究

用30只家兔作实验。左侧髋取带臀中肌蒂髂骨块,右侧髋取游离骨块,用医用硅胶膜包裹后固定于皮下。术后1、2、3周取材观察移植骨的变化。结果:1.游离移植骨组织成份广泛坏死,但仍有极少数细胞存活;2.带肌蒂移植骨可从肌蒂内的肌源动脉系统获得营养;3.带肌蒂移植骨可保持邻近肌蒂的骨组织存活,并产生骨膜下新骨。

BONE TISSUE INVESTIGATION FOLLOWING MUSCLE-PEDICLE GRAFTING BONE IN RABBITS

Thirty rabbits were employed in this study. Glutaeus medium pedicle iliacbone graft was sectioned from left hip. Free bone graft was resected fromright hip as a control. Bone grafts were surrounded with clinical pellicle ofsilica gel, then fixed in subcutaneous tissue. The animals were sacrificed andthe specimens were taken for examination at 1, 2 and 3 weeks after theoperation respectively. The results were as follows: 1. Histological componentsof the free bone graft were necrotic widely, but less amounts of cells survived.2. Muscle-pedicle grafting bone gained nutrient from osteo-myogenic arterialsystem in the muscle pedicle. 3. Muscle-pedicle iliac bone graft retained bonetissue viability contiguous to the muscle pedicle, and produced newly-bone inregenerating player of periosteum.
