| 摘 要： | 目的 对席汉氏综合征的预防与治疗进行探讨.方法 回顾分析经治的21例席汉氏综合征的患者的诊治过程资料.结果 21例均有产后出血史,曾输血治疗13例.曾误诊9例,行中西医结合治疗均见好转,治愈率达95.2%.结论 席汉氏综合征在医疗条件差的农村发生率高,提高对本病的警惕性是预防本病且避免误诊误治的关键.中西医结合治疗效果满意.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the prevention and treatment of Sheehan's syndrome.Methods The process of diagnosis and treatment of 21 cases with Sheehan's syndrome were analyzed retrospectively.Results 21 cases had the history of postpartum hemorrhage,13 cases treated with blood transfusion,9 cases were misdiagnosed.After treated with the combination of chinese traditional and western medicine,the condition of the patients was improved,the curative rate was 95.2%.Conclusion The incidence of sheehan's syndrome is hig... |
