| 摘 要： | 目的探讨氟乙酰胺急性中毒的血清酶学动态燹化及其意义。方法对63例氟乙酰胺中毒患者碱性磷酸酶（ALP）、γ-谷氩酰转肽酶（GGT）、磷酸肌酸激酶（CK）、LDH—L、AST、ALT进行动态监测，并观察临床变化。结果中度及重度氟乙酰胺中毒后血清酶均有不同程度的升高，与对照组有显著差异（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论血清酶监测对了解病情，指导治疗，判断预后很有帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the enzyme development changes of serum and meanings of acute fluoroacetamide poisoning.Methods To monitour actively the serum enzyme(ALP,GGT,CK,LDH,AST and ALT) of 63 cases of acute fluoroacetamide poisoning patients and observe the clinical changes.Results The enzyme of serum of the acute fluoroacetamide poisoning patients increased and had direct proportion to poisoning degree.Conclusion The monitor of serum enzyme is very important to understand the disease and instruct the treatment as well as predict the result of the disease. |
