| 摘 要： | 目的观察三维适形放射治疗在老年原发性非小细胞肺癌中的治疗效果。方法对50例老年原发性非小细胞肺癌进行适形放射治疗，照射剂量为4000。6000cGy，分次剂量400—500cGy。结果所有患者均完成适形放射治疗，完全缓解（CR）率为48．0％（24／50），部分缓解（PR）率为38．0％（19／50），总有效率（CR＋PR）为86．1％（43／50）；1、2、3年生存率分别是82．0％（41／52）、52．0％（26／50）26．0％（13／50）；急性放射性肺炎发生率为4．0％（2／50），肺纤维化发生率为20．0％（10／50），经对症支持治疗后均缓解。结论适形放射治疗是一种提高老年原发性非小细胞肺癌患者生存率和生存质量的有效治疗手段。
